About Me

I am currently a Member of Research Staff at The Voleon Group, where I develop and study machine learning models for applications in financial markets. I received my Ph.D. in Econometrics and Statistics from the Booth School of Business, University of Chicago, in 2025. I was fortunate to be advised by Prof. Mladen Kolar and Prof. Cong Ma.

Research Interests

My research broadly spans data science, with a particular focus on the intersection of statistics, optimization, and machine learning. I am interested in developing novel methodologies that are both theoretically grounded and practically impactful. My current research interests include:

  • Distribution Shift (e.g., Transfer Learning)
  • Probabilistic Graphical Models
  • Distributed and Federated Learning
  • Data Markets and Data Valuation
